3. Your name cannot have any symbols (~, *, #, :, etc), sTiCkY cApS, or show possession (Tamaki's Girlfriend, etc). I'll edit it if I need to.
4. You do not need a website to join. If you do have one and want it listed, it cannot contain tons of offensive material. Try and have the code up right before/after joining.
